Safe Environment

All volunteers and employees who work with children at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Parish must be in full compliance with the Safe Environment Program. This includes:

Register on the Prevent and Protect STL website (passcode: stlprotect)

  • Submit a new background check

  • Complete Protecting God's Children training

  • Complete Mandated Reporter training

  • Complete Code of Conduct Training

  • Sign Code of Conduct

These requirements are mandated by the United States Council of Catholic Bishops and are followed by every diocese in the United States. The policies are the Church’s attempt to ensure the suitability of all adults who work or volunteer around your children. If you have taken completed the registration at another Parish in the Archdiocese of St. Louis, please contact Sue Baumgartner to authorize transfer of information to St. Catherine Laboure Parish.

Reporting Information

Victims of sexual abuse, in addition to contacting civil authorities, are asked to come forward in order to receive pastoral assistance.  Reports of abuse may be made to any pastor or to:
